Dr. Fialon's international experience spans multiple disaster deployments, including pre-storm and immediate post-storm responses to Hurricanes Ida and Florence, as well as training responders in Haiti pre and post the 2010 earthquake. Her work in challenging, resource-limited environments proves that when external help is hours or days away, properly trained individuals can navigate to safety independently. this real-world experience forms the foundation of SET's training philosophy.
